Beta Tester Agreement (with confidentiality)

Between Symposiarch, LLC ("we") and you, a beta tester of WayVote.

1. Access. We're giving you early access to WayVote so you can use it and tell us what you think. Access is personal, non-transferable, and can be ended by either side at any time.

2. What's confidential. Unreleased features, screens, and copy that aren't public yet; internal numbers (user counts, costs, coverage figures) shown in the app or told to you; security details; anything we mark confidential. Not confidential: that WayVote exists, what it does in general terms, your own opinion of it, and anything we've published on way.vote or in public.

3. What you agree. Keep confidential information to yourself for two years from the date you see it. Don't post screenshots or recordings of pre-release screens publicly without asking first (we'll usually say yes). Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the service. Tell us if you find a security issue instead of sharing it.

4. What you're free to do. Talk about WayVote. Invite friends to request access. Share your own Civic DNA or share cards the app itself offers for sharing. Post criticism.

5. Feedback. Anything you tell us about WayVote (ideas, complaints, suggestions) we can use freely, without owing you anything, and without naming you unless you want us to.

6. Your data during beta. Covered by the Privacy Policy. We may reset beta data before public launch with notice.

7. No promises. Pre-release software; see the Terms. No compensation unless we agree separately in writing.

8. Term. This agreement lasts while you have beta access; the confidentiality part lasts two years after.

9. Law. California; San Diego County venue.
